Ultra Sounds1 stands behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, contact us via email within 7 days from the date you receive your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
All sales are final, unless otherwise noted. No refunds are given once Ultra Sounds1 begins working on your order, which means we have received your order details and your payment. We suggest that all customers double check configured documents before placing an order. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions about this general policy.
We do not offer refunds for digital downloads or generated PDF designs. Each design is available for review and approval before adding to cart. Please double check order information before purchasing.

Our store does not ship premium photos or thermal prints outside of the 50 United States. We will issue refunds for orders that request shipment outside of the 50 United States. These refunds will be issued minus a $10 fee for the generated digital PDF. For example, a $25 order will be refunded $15. If a refund is issued, please allow 5-10 business days for it to be processed by your credit card provider. We do not retain credit card information. We do not maintain control over funds once a refund is issued.

We will replace and reship any documents that are reported as lost in transit by the contracted carrier. We will also replace all orders that are incorrect due to errors on our part, such as an order packed with the wrong documents. Please contact us for help.
